Data centers
beqom’s Cloud offering is an integrated cloud service utilizing both public (Global) and private (Local) clouds together to perform distinct functions within the same instance of our multi-tenant platform. In most cases, the beqom platform is deployed on Microsoft Azure and leverages all services of the cloud platform. Learn more about the Azure Security Center and its infrastructure here.
Backups
beqom is a fully multi-tenant application platform. All content is maintained centrally and backed-up within a change management methodology, and there is no downtime for backups.
Redundancy/Failover
Data in the beqom platform is always replicated to ensure durability and high availability, meeting the beqom SLA even with transient hardware failures. Our standard offering maintains three copies of data to provide high availability and redundancy within a single facility in a single region to protect customer data from hardware failures.
Disaster Recovery
beqom provides Disaster Recovery within its standard SLAs by committing RTO and RPO statements by operating multi-location offsite backups complying with customers’ regulatory requirements. beqom also provides online geo-redundancy at extra cost, to make data durable even in the case of a complete regional outage or a disaster in which the primary region is not recoverable.
